Bangkok: My Pictures Of The Week

Posted on Jan 12 2014 - 12:34pm by Bangkok Girl

It’s been tough being back this week. I was almost ready to book a flight straight back to England on Monday I was that homesick. But I got through it and am now loving life back in Bangkok again.

We are due to go into shutdown tomorrow because of the protests. I don’t know what that actually means or how it will affect me – watch this space I guess!

Thank you! Yes sadly work goes on as normal- I have actually been at the protests today covering them for work!

Lol, Thais are notorious for taking selfies – when in Rome and all that!

really understandable that you are a bit homesick, but reading your weekly updates its amazing how many experiences that you are having that you wouldn’t get the opportunity to over here. Enjoy the adventure for now and store up all those memories. A week of pictures of my life would be very very dull compared to this!

I passed Victory Monument on the BTS yesterday. (one of the major junctions and protest sites) Looked like peaceful chaos.
Nice and cool up here in Chiang Mai.
